redict develops new type of methods for identifying and monitoring risk in property investments. We service the investor, developer and credit provider in the property value chain with efficient solutions for monitoring market, credit and operational risk.

Our knowledge base is broad and experienced; it is however focused around the methodology and systematics of risk monitoring. We are not advising our clients on their actions, due to our belief that our clients themselves holds superior knowledge of an investments specific risk, we simply provide a method for efficiently extracting and enabling that knowledge.

Dr von Schirach has held professorships at leading institutions, such as Penn State University , the Stern School of Business and The Stockholm School of business . Dr von Schirach is also a strategic consultant, a government advisor and a board member at leading international manufacturers.
Claes Kjellander:
Mr Kjellander holds vast experience from both the real estate industry and the financial sector. This comes from over 15 years of holding several managerial positions in the real estate industry such as CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle 's Swedish operations. Mr. Kjellander is furthermore currently a member of the board of directors of several corporations in the real estate industry such as SBAB, Niam, Special Fastigheter AB, Fastighetsagarna Stockholm.
